The displayed charter packages are designed for up to six paying charter guests. Final capacity is confirmed at booking based on the operating model, vessel documentation, operator credentials and all applicable federal, state, lake and manufacturer requirements.
Normal fuel use is included in the advertised charter price. Excessive fuel use, special routing or unusually distant launch locations may require an additional charge disclosed before confirmation.
Yes. Basic wakesurf coaching, equipment orientation and wave customization are included. Guests must follow all operator instructions and wear required safety equipment.
If the operator determines conditions are unsafe, the trip may be delayed, moved or rescheduled. A practical policy is one complimentary weather reschedule or a refund when no suitable alternative is available.
Suggested policy: full refund less processing fees when cancelled 7 or more days before service; 50% charge within 3–6 days; nonrefundable within 72 hours. Weather cancellations determined by the operator are handled separately.
Yes, subject to posted lake rules and operator approval. No glass. The operator never consumes alcohol. Guests must behave responsibly, and service may be ended for unsafe conduct.
